Quality Starts at the Gate
At Global Export, quality control begins before production even starts.
One of the first steps is the inspection of incoming raw materials. For products such as dried apricots, raisins, mung beans and other agricultural products, quality can vary depending on the supplier, harvest conditions, storage and
transportation.
That’s why our Quality Control team carefully checks incoming materials before
they enter production.
Depending on the product, inspections may include:
• Appearance
• Moisture
• Foreign materials
• Signs of infestation
• Sulphur content (SO₂)
• Pesticide residue compliance
• Defects
• Other product-specific requirements
Identifying non-conforming raw materials at an early stage helps us prevent issues further along the production process, reduce waste and maintain consistent final product quality.
For us, quality doesn’t start at the end. It starts at the gate.
