Expanding Global Demand for Uzbek Green Mung Beans

Uzbekistan exported green mung beans worth $43.7 million.

According to the State Statistics Committee, from January to July 2022, Uzbekistan exported 51.2 thousand tons of mung beans to 21 countries in the amount of 47.3 million US dollars.

The volume of exports of is 19.5 thousand tons more than in the corresponding period of 2021. (65.91%).

 China - 47.1 thousand tons

 Kazakhstan - 5.5 thousand tons

 Iran - 1.1 thousand tons
